Return & Refund Policy
At Alvora India, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
- You may return eligible products within 7days of delivery.
- Products must be:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- In original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
- Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (order ID, invoice).
- Returns are not accepted for:
- Personal care, hygiene, or intimate products.
- Customized or personalized items.
- Clearance/ Discounted or final-sale products
2. Exchanges
- We offer size or product exchanges (subject to availability) if the item meets return conditions.
- If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.
3. Refunds
- Refunds will be initiated once the returned product passes our quality check.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, wallet, etc.).
- Refund timelines: [7 business days] after quality approval (bank processing times may vary).
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
4. Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.
- Once shipped, cancellations will be treated as returns, and applicable return shipping charges may apply.
5. Return Shipping
- Reverse pickup will be arranged in most serviceable pin codes.
- If reverse pickup is not available, you may ship the product back to us at your cost, and we will reimburse standard courier charges (on valid receipts).
6. Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will offer a free replacement, exchange, or full refund, including shipping charges.
