5. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and courier partner link via email/SMS/WhatsApp.
  • You can track your shipment in real-time until it reaches your doorstep.

6. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery [2–3 times].
  • If unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us, and we may reship upon request (additional charges may apply).
